How Can severe Itchiness In The Scrotum Be Treated?

Hi!I had this itch on my scrotum.After shower and drying the genital area,there will be a ant-like bite on my scrotum which lasted about few minutes and it will be gone.It will occur again after every shower and drying time.There is no physical sign of fungal infection.

thanks for posting your query to hcm .if there is no sign of fungal infection it could be due to some allergy . some time external lesion of fungal infection appear late . so you can apply some powder which contain menthol and some antifungal medication for symptomatic relief. consult a dermatologist for complete treatment .
